These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern purchases from Fortuvo at fortuvo.shop. By placing an order, you agree to these Terms.
About Fortuvo
Fortuvo sells premium cotton essentials through fortuvo.shop — a simple range for people who want time back. Garments are produced on demand after you order — we do not hold finished stock for individual sizes and colours.
Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old, or have permission from a parent or guardian, to purchase from us. We currently ship to countries within the European Union only.
Products
- Product images and descriptions are shown as accurately as possible
- Minor variation in colour, shade, or finish between production runs is normal for cotton garments
- Size and fit guidance is provided on each product page and in our size guide
Prices & payment
- All prices are shown in EUR and include VAT where applicable
- Payment is taken in full at checkout through our secure payment provider
- We reserve the right to refuse or cancel an order before production begins — for example, due to pricing errors, suspected fraud, or stock or production issues beyond our control
Orders & production
When you place an order, you receive an order confirmation by email. Production begins after your order is confirmed. Lead times vary by garment — see our Shipping & Returns page for current estimates.
Ownership of goods passes to you once we have received payment in full and the order has been dispatched.
Shipping
Delivery regions, production times, and transit estimates are set out on our Shipping & Returns page. Risk of loss passes to you when the order is handed to the carrier.
Returns & defects
Because each piece is made to order, we do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind, fit preference, or colour preference.
If your order arrives with a manufacturing defect, damage in transit, or an error attributable to us, contact support@fortuvo.shop within 14 days of delivery with your order number and clear photos. Where a claim is accepted, we will repair, replace, or refund as appropriate.
This does not affect your statutory rights as a consumer under EU law.
Cancellations
Once production has started, orders generally cannot be cancelled. Contact us as soon as possible if you need to change or cancel an order — we will help where we can, but cannot guarantee cancellation after production begins.
Intellectual property
All content on fortuvo.shop — including branding, photography, text, and design — is owned by Fortuvo or used under licence. You may not copy, reproduce, or use it without our written permission.
Limitation of liability
We are responsible for loss or damage that is a foreseeable result of our breach of these Terms or failure to use reasonable care. We are not liable for indirect losses, loss of profit, or delays caused by events outside our reasonable control.
Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes liability where it would be unlawful to do so, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence or for fraud.
Privacy
Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle your personal data.
Governing law
These Terms are governed by applicable law in the European Union. If you are a consumer in the EU, you also benefit from mandatory protections in your country of residence.
Changes
We may update these Terms from time to time. The version in force at the time you place an order applies to that order.
