How does made-to-order work?
When you place an order, your piece is cut and sewn for you — never pulled from stock. See Shipping & returns for timing.
How long until my order arrives?
Every piece is made to order and shipped across the European Union with tracking. Please allow 3–6 weeks for delivery.
Where do you deliver?
We deliver to countries within the European Union only. Shipping is €4.95 flat rate on orders under €75, or free on orders of €75 or more. We do not ship outside the EU.
How do I choose a size?
Fit varies slightly by piece. See our Size Guide for an overview of every garment. On each product page, use Measurements for the chart, or Find your size for a personal recommendation.
Can I return or exchange?
Because each piece is produced on demand, we cannot accept returns or exchanges for change of mind, fit preference, or colour preference. This applies to every product — tee, long sleeve, polo, sweatshirt, hoodie, sweatpant, and trouser. If your order arrives with a manufacturing defect, damage in transit, or an error on our side, contact us within 14 days at support@fortuvo.shop with your order number and clear photos.
How should I care for my garments?
Machine wash at 30°C on a gentle cycle. Do not bleach. Tumble dry low. Iron at low temperature. Cotton may relax slightly after the first wash.
Will the colour match the photos?
Minor shade variation can occur between production runs. This is normal for cotton garment dyeing.
How do I track my order?
We will keep you updated by email as your piece progresses. Tracking is sent when your order ships.
