How does on-demand production work?
When you place an order, your garment enters production. It is not taken from existing stock. Production typically begins within one to three business days.
Where do you deliver?
We deliver across the European Union. Transit times vary by destination — typically five to twelve business days after dispatch.
What about quality?
Every piece in Baseline uses dense, structured cotton with a relaxed fit. The fabric has a substantial hand — noticeably heavier than standard jersey.
Can I return or exchange?
Because each piece is produced on demand, we cannot accept returns for change of mind. If your order arrives with a defect, contact us within 14 days at hello@fortuvo.shop with photos.
How should I care for my garments?
Machine wash at 30°C on a gentle cycle. Do not bleach. Tumble dry low. Iron at low temperature. Cotton may relax slightly after the first wash.
Will the colour match the photos?
Minor shade variation can occur between production runs. This is normal for cotton garment dyeing.
