Where we ship
We deliver to countries within the European Union only. We do not ship outside the EU. Prices are in EUR and include VAT where applicable.
- Standard EU shipping: €4.95 on orders under €75
- Free EU shipping: on orders of €75 or more
- Tracked delivery: carrier tracking is emailed when your order ships
Timing
Every piece — tee, long sleeve, polo, sweatshirt, hoodie, sweatpant, and trouser — is cut and sewn after you order. Nothing is pulled from finished warehouse stock.
- Production: typically 2–6 working days after your order is confirmed
- EU transit: about 10–21 working days after dispatch
- Overall: Please allow 3–6 weeks for delivery.
Each piece is made to order after you buy — typically 2–6 working days in production before it ships. Product pages show a craft and transit line for that specific piece.
Order updates & tracking
You receive email updates as your order moves from confirmation into production, then shipping. Tracking is sent when the parcel is with the carrier for final delivery. Your order ships under the Fortuvo name.
Returns & defects
Because every garment is produced on demand, we do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind, fit preference, or colour preference. This applies to all seven pieces. Check the Size Guide and each product’s measurements before you order.
If something arrives with a manufacturing defect, damage in transit, or an error attributable to us, contact support@fortuvo.shop within 14 days of delivery with your order number and clear photos. Where a claim is accepted, we will repair, replace, or refund as appropriate.
This does not affect your statutory rights as a consumer under EU law.
Cancellations
Contact us as soon as possible if you need to cancel or change an order. Once production has started, cancellation may not be possible.
