Returns policy
Every Fortuvo garment is cut and sewn after you order. Because each piece is produced on demand, we do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind, fit preference, or colour preference. This applies to all seven pieces — tee, long sleeve, polo, sweatshirt, hoodie, sweatpant, and trouser.

Defects, damage & errors
If something arrives with a manufacturing defect, damage in transit, or an error attributable to us, contact support@fortuvo.shop within 14 days of delivery with your order number and clear photos. Where a claim is accepted, we will repair, replace, or refund as appropriate.
This does not affect your statutory rights as a consumer under EU law.
Cancellations
Contact us as soon as possible if you need to cancel or change an order. Once production has started, cancellation may not be possible.
